Is this a guided tour or a private chauffeur service (NCC)?
This is a professional private chauffeur transportation service (NCC), not a guided group tour. You travel in a private Mercedes vehicle with an English-speaking driver and a flexible itinerary. If you want a licensed guide (Florence, Siena, Pisa, etc.), we can arrange one on request.
Do you provide hotel pickup and drop-off in Florence?
Yes. We provide door-to-door pickup and drop-off from hotels, apartments, villas and private addresses in Florence (and nearby areas). Pickup time is confirmed after your request.
How long are your day trips from Florence?
Most private day trips last between 8 and 11 hours depending on destination, traffic and how many stops you want. Timing is flexible and confirmed on request.
Can we customize the itinerary and add extra stops?
Absolutely. You can add scenic viewpoints, small villages, wineries, lunch stops and photo stops (time permitting). Tell us what you want to see and we’ll confirm the best route and timing.
Are tickets, tastings and lunch included in the price?
By default, no. The price covers the private driver service (NCC), vehicle, fuel, parking and standard road costs. Museums/tickets, winery tastings and lunch are usually paid directly to providers unless otherwise agreed.
What vehicles do you use?
We use Mercedes vehicles based on your group size and luggage: a Mercedes Van (up to 7 passengers) or a Mercedes Minibus (up to 20 passengers). We recommend the best option for comfort and luggage space.
Do you offer tours for cruise passengers (Livorno / La Spezia)?
Yes. We can arrange private shore excursions and transfers with pickup at the port and a schedule aligned with your ship times. Tell us your cruise arrival/departure time and preferred stops.
How do we book a tour?
Send your date, pickup address, number of passengers, luggage and the tour you want (or your wishlist). We reply quickly with availability and a quote. Booking is confirmed after agreement and deposit (if required).
